Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to guests at the poolside area
- take food and drink orders and deliver items promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the poolside and designated areas
- manage cash handling and payment processing accurately
- offer menu recommendations and information about special promotions
- observe and anticipate guest needs regularly
- update reservation logs and report guest opportunities to management
