Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED recommended
- Some college experience or degree recommended
- Previous food runner bussing server assistant experience in a professional setting is preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor upon arrival
- Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food orders from the kitchen to poolside guests following designated routes and procedures
- Verify orders before delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness including condiments utensils and any special requests
- Maintain clear communication with kitchen staff servers and pool attendants to coordinate food delivery efficiently and prioritize orders based on guest needs
- Manage waitlist during peak hours and provide accurate wait time estimates
- Pay close attention to order details such as dietary restrictions allergies and special instructions to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess host station and dining area
- Keep the food service area clean organized and stocked with necessary supplies such as trays napkins and condiments to facilitate smooth operations
- Adhere to departmental policies and procedures
- Effectively communicate with peers management line and front-of-the-house employees
- Practice effective listening seek to understand
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards including proper handling and transportation of food items to prevent contamination and ensure guest safety
- Be responsible for the cleanliness of the immediate work area as well as the general property
- Adhere to proper grooming dress and uniform standards as set forth by Resort policy
- Assist poolside servers as needed including bussing tables refilling beverages and helping with setup and breakdown of service areas during busy periods
- Maintain behavior consistent with sexual harassment hostile work environment policy dictated in the Employee Handbook
- Maintain complete knowledge of all food and beverage offerings at their respective outlets
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a cohesive and efficient food service operation supporting each other during peak times and contributing to a positive work environment
- Be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances such as fluctuating guest volume and special events and be willing to assist with additional tasks as assigned by management
