Job Duties
- Address members and guests with friendly and courteous attitude at all times
- Be familiar with and able to communicate specials and featured items
- Ensure tables and bar are correctly set for each meal period, private party, or event
- Complete any sidework such as polishing, folding napkins, etc.
- Serve as a server by taking orders and entering them into the POS system in a timely manner
- Serve as a food runner by ensuring plates meet specific requirements per tickets and food items are presentable
