Job Requirements
- must pass a skills test to be considered
- hold valid certifications for lifeguarding

- hold valid CPR/AED certification for the professional rescuer
- prior experience in aquatic facility management or lifeguarding
- ability to supervise and train employees
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain pool safety and cleanliness

Job Duties
- fulfill the duties and responsibilities of a lifeguard depending on facility staffing
- provide oversight and leadership to ensure client expectations are met
- supervise and provide ongoing facility training for employees
- communicate facility and staff needs with AquaTech leadership
- ensure pool chemistry remains within optimal range
- verify pool equipment is in good condition
- confirm appropriate documentation and daily reports are completed
- ensure safety of the facilities within assigned area by providing pool surveillance
- respond to emergencies
- check and balance pool chemicals
- enforce facility pool rules
- complete appropriate documentation
- clean the facility including restrooms
- provide exceptional customer service addressing patron needs politely and respectfully
