Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and warmly with guests
- excellent organizational skills
- ability to work standing for extended periods
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- willingness to follow club policies and standards
- reliable and punctual
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage reservations and seating efficiently
- knowledge of customer service etiquette

- ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor

- ability to handle guest concerns and provide solutions
- familiarity with restaurant or club service standards
- willingness to participate in ongoing training and development
Job Duties
- Welcome and warmly greet guests on arrival
- take reservations and manage the efficient and timely seating of guests
- acknowledge members and guests and meet or exceed their expectations
- check station charts and monitor scheduled personnel
- be aware of reservations, banquets, daily specials, and functions
- greet and seat members and guests to tables with present servers
- assure proper attention is given to each table and assist in food and beverage service as needed
- check with other dining areas to assure service standards are met
- provide estimated waiting times maintaining a professional attitude
- seat guests based on preferences and balance customer flow
- inspect menus and highchairs for cleanliness
- check reservations against database for member special requests
- thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- relay guest comments to the manager on duty
- attend pre-service training sessions
- adhere to Club’s uniform and grooming policy
- perform other duties as assigned by manager
