Job Requirements

- Some college experience or degree recommended
- Previous host experience in a professional setting is preferred

- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous
- Ability to think clearly quickly maintain concentration and make concise decisions in pressure situations
- Ability to remain stationary at assigned post when specified
- Ability to endure abundant physical movements throughout the work areas
Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor upon arrival
- Ensure all guests are assisted by a pool attendant to provide a flawless welcome experience
- Escort guests to their cabanas and provide menus
- Assist in seating members and guests according to seating chart or guest preferences
- Manage waitlist during peak hours and provide accurate wait time estimates
- Answer phone calls and take reservations or provide information as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hostess/host station and dining area
