Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year customer service experience in casino or restaurant industry preferred
- must possess basic English reading and writing skills
- ability to lift and carry approximately 35-40 pounds using 27 inch oval tray and the ability to push and/or pull 40-50 pounds on wheels
- must be able to cooperate with co-workers and work as a team
- must be able to obtain all required work cards for the jurisdiction including but not limited to Clark County Health Card and TAM card
- must be able to work both inside and outside while continuously maneuvering in, around and throughout the kitchen and pool areas
- must be able to work in a fast paced environment
- must be able to lift, bend, stoop, twist, kneel, crouch, push and pull when necessary
- must be able to handle more than one function at a time by being well organized and attentive to details
- must fully understand the standards of the position as management may direct
- must be able to work in and tolerate hot temperatures in the pool and kitchen areas

Job Duties
- Ensures that the pool area, pool bars and storage areas are kept in order so that all needed items can be obtained quickly
- runs food from the In Room Dining kitchen to the pool in an efficient and friendly manner
- maintains inventory for the pool area and keeps items in the kitchen fully stocked
- runs dirty and clean china, glass, plastics and silverware to and from the pool and dish room
- notifies management if the pool or dish room runs short of bus tubs, silverware, or any other food service utensils
- performs responsibilities in accordance with all company standards, policies and procedures
- ensures pool areas are properly stocked, or obtains needed items so that food service accommodates the guest's needs including clean linens, silverware, glassware, plastics, ice and condiments
