Job Requirements

  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • tips, cpr, and serve safe certification preferred
  • prior experience with micros pos system
  • detail-oriented and energetic individual
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong multitasking abilities
  • prior cash handling experience

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • proven experience as a host, server, or cashier
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong leadership and team management abilities
  • knowledge of restaurant operations
  • excellent problem solving skills
  • prior cash handling experience
  • proficiency in ms office and pos systems
  • understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties

  • assist the restaurant manager with staff training and development
  • oversee daily restaurant operations
  • manage restaurant staff

  • handle inventory management and cost control
