Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Ability to work outdoors in seasonal heat, cold, and inclement weather
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Must handle multiple tasks and guests simultaneously
- Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills
- Must provide sincere and friendly customer service
- Must exercise discretion with confidential information
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Experience working under pressure while meeting deadlines
- Comfortable in spa and casino settings
- Able to sit and stand for long hours
- Ability to maintain positive and professional attitude
- Must work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain
- May be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Previous spa, resort, or pool environment experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide genuine and sincere service in a friendly and professional manner
- Demonstrated discretion with confidential information
- Ability to actively listen and tailor service to guest requests
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced, high demand environments
- Experience working under pressure to meet deadlines and goals

Job Duties
- Welcomes guests including VIP members at pool check in and ensures comfort
- Coordinates and books cabanas and day bed rentals
- Performs and records retail transactions accurately using Point-of-Sale system
- Maintains cash drawer and balances it at end of shift
- Communicates effectively with team, shared departments, and guests to meet needs
- Maintains safe, sanitary, and clean pool areas visible to guests
- Assists facilities team with setup and teardown of pool deck equipment
- Models and upholds enterprise and department policies and procedures
- Supports operations including product-receiving, fulfillment, and training requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned to support department operations
