Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum one year of experience in customer service
  • ability to work outdoors in seasonal heat, cold, and inclement weather
  • ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management
  • ability to handle multiple tasks or guests simultaneously
  • intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • ability to provide outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to deliver genuine and sincere service in friendly, professional manner
  • demonstrated discretion handling confidential information

  • ability to multitask in fast-paced environment

  • must be CPR/AED certified or obtain certification

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum one year of customer service experience
  • previous experience in a spa, resort or pool environment preferred
  • ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to provide friendly and professional service experience
  • demonstrated discretion with confidential customer information
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high demand environment
  • experience working under pressure while meeting deadlines

Job Duties

  • Welcomes guests including VIP members at pool check-in and coordinates cabana and day bed rentals
  • performs and records retail transactions including cash, credit card, rewards and comps using point-of-sale system
  • maintains and balances cash drawer with minimal variances
  • communicates effectively with team members and guests on the pool deck to meet all needs
  • maintains safe, sanitary, and clean conditions in all guest-visible areas and organizes merchandise presentation within the pool kiosk
  • assists facilities team with setting up and tearing down pool deck equipment
  • models and upholds enterprise policies, department procedures, and standard operating guidelines
  • performs other duties as assigned to support efficient department operation
