Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service
  • Ability to work outdoors in seasonal heat or cold and inclement weather
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and guests simultaneously
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide genuine and sincere service experience
  • Must have demonstrated discretion with confidential information
  • Ability to actively listen to provide optimal service tailored to guest requests
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high demand environment
  • Experience working under pressure while meeting deadlines and goals
  • Comfortable working in spa and casino environments
  • Must be comfortable with sitting and standing for long hours
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor under challenging situations
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain and maintain certification

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service
  • Previous experience in a spa, resort or pool environment preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management both verbally and in writing
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide genuine and sincere service experience
  • Demonstrated discretion with confidential information including personal and health information
  • Ability to actively listen to tailor service to guest requests

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests including VIP members at pool check in and ensure their comfort
  • Specialize in coordinating and booking cabanas and day bed rentals
  • Coordinate VIP arrivals and communicate with designated personnel for escort and delivery of amenities
  • Perform and record retail transactions including cash, credit card, Earned Rewards, and comps through Point-of-Sale System
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer with minimal variances
  • Communicate effectively between team and shared departments while consistently checking in with guests on pool deck to meet all needs
  • Maintain safe, sanitary, and clean conditions in all guest-visible areas
  • Organize and uphold merchandise presentations within the pool kiosk
  • Assist facilities team in setting up and tearing down pool deck equipment
  • Model and uphold enterprise and department policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Guidelines
  • Ensure day-to-day operations including product receiving, fulfillment, and training requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support efficient department operations
