Job Requirements
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Seasonal position running from June 2 through September 7, 2026
- Background check and drug screen required
Job Qualifications
- Prior hospitality, pool, or service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the pool deck for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Valid Food Handler certification required within 30 days of hire date
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests upon arrival and provide welcoming poolside experience
- Assist members with cabana reservations, seating, lounge chair setup, and umbrella placement
- Distribute and collect pool towels in accordance with club procedures
- Assist members with special requests such as sunscreen, water, and reading materials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck including straightening chairs, tables, and umbrellas
- Monitor the pool area for trash and debris and assist with maintaining a clean environment
- Provide information to members regarding pool rules, amenities, and daily activities
- Enforce pool safety and club policies in a polite and professional manner
- Provide information about club amenities, events, and services
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the pool area
- Address member concerns or requests promptly and escalate issues to leadership as needed
- Other job duties as assigned
