Job Requirements
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- seasonal position running from June 2 through September 7, 2026
- background check and drug screen required
Job Qualifications
- Prior hospitality, pool, or service experience preferred but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
- ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the pool deck for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds (chairs, towels, small equipment)
- valid Food Handler certification required within 30 days of hire date
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests upon arrival and provide welcoming poolside experience
- assist members with cabana reservations, seating, lounge chair setup, and umbrella placement when available
- distribute and collect pool towels in accordance with Club procedures
- assist members with special requests, such as sunscreen, water, and reading materials
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, including straightening chairs, tables and umbrellas
- monitor the pool area for trash and debris and assist with maintaining a clean environment
- provide information to members regarding pool rules, amenities, and daily activities
- enforce pool safety and club policies in a polite and professional manner
- provide information about club amenities, events, and services
- assist with opening and closing duties of the pool area
- address member concerns or requests promptly and escalate issues to leadership as needed
- other job duties as assigned
