Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid certified
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Ability to stand for minimum of 4 hours at a time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to proficiently use a computer and tablet
- Ability to work outside in the summer months for a minimum of 4 hours at a time
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent

- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to proficiently use a computer and tablet
- Ability to work outdoors during summer months for extended periods
- Preferred minimum of 6 months reception experience
- Preferred lifeguard certifications within 60 days of hire
Job Duties
- Greets and admits members and guests into the outdoor pool
- Validates member and guest access through Pool Memberships and Guest Passports
- Provides wristbands for junior members and guests
- Hands out towels to pool users
- Performs basic upkeep of the pool deck and surrounding areas
- Proactively meets the needs of members and answers questions accurately
- Maintains professional and friendly interactions with all pool visitors
