Job Requirements
- Minimum one-year previous cocktailing experience is preferred
- must be able to work any day of the week and any shift
- must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner
- must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills
- must be 21 years of age
- must be able to repeatedly lift and carry a tray of 25 lbs at chest
- must be able to stand for long periods of time
- must be able to speak and understand English

Job Duties
- Sincerely greets each guest
- makes eye contact with guest
- knows the script and hours/days of operation
- completes pre, running, and post shift side work requirements
- ability to serve a wide variety of alcoholic beverages accurately and quickly
- understanding of call order of drinks
- knowledge of drink pricing
- knowledge of mixology
- ability to exercise good judgment in determining potentially intoxicated guests
- knowledge of all coupons and specials, including comp rules for player card levels
- continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and team members
- understanding of pool floor sections
- genuinely thanks the guest
- adheres to appearance and uniform standards
- adheres to all internal controls, policies, and procedures
