Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours
- Ability to bend and reach for items off shelves and carry trays
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Ability to speak English conversationally
- Must obtain Massachusetts TIPS Certification provided through The Country Club
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Food and beverage knowledge preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Exposure to a private club environment preferred
- 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Be professional with members and co-workers with proper and courteous verbiage
- Arrive to work on time and in proper uniform as described in the employee handbook
- Ensure all opening procedures are completed
- Follow and restock Pool Café and Snack Bar with necessary supplies including paper and plastic products, beverages, and condiments
- Become knowledgeable of Pool Café and Snack Bar menu, food service offerings, allergies, and cooking procedures
- Become knowledgeable of all beverage offerings
- Become TIPs certified through The Country Club
- Clean dining tables, restock water station, clear trash reciprocals throughout the shift
- Assist with washing dishes needed during service
- Restock food and beverage items as needed
- Ensure all closing procedures are completed
- Assist in additional food and beverage operations, events, and golf outings at the Pool Café and Snack Bar on an as-needed basis
