- Ability to carry and balance a tray

Job Duties
- Assist the Food Server in providing an enjoyable dining experience
- Conform to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality
- Maintain professionalism and friendliness
- Clear tables and reset them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification
- Ensure all outgoing dishes meet guests' specific requests including dietary restrictions
- Present food to guests and be knowledgeable about menu options, beverage lists and daily specials
- Set up, decorate, clean and breakdown tables and food stations
- Assist guests in the function room with reliable, punctual and enthusiastic service
- Maintain cleanliness in the pool area
- Respond quickly and properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
