Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food and beverage service worker permit where applicable
- Six months to one year of serving experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction

Job Duties
- Greet guests at poolside loungers and cabanas with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Take food and drink orders actively while maintaining an upbeat demeanor
- Prepare cocktails and beverages accurately according to hotel recipes
- Complete outdoor-specific side work including restocking bar supplies and clearing glassware
- Ensure a clean and safe pool environment at all times
- Process guest payments accurately while safeguarding confidential information
- Monitor the pool area proactively to anticipate and fulfill guest needs
