- Must be willing to participate in on-going training in the beverage field
- Must have previous cash handling and Micros register experience
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team
- Must adhere to uniform requirements
Job Qualifications
- Must have previous cash handling and Micros register experience
- Previous bartending experience is a plus
- Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be willing to participate in on-going training in the beverage field
- Must have knowledge of current property events, promotions and attractions
- Must be able to work independently, with little supervision

Job Duties
- Greets customers and takes food and beverage orders in an efficient, courteous and professional manner
- Prepares food and beverage orders and delivers them in a timely manner in accordance with the venues standards
- Monitors guests' needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled
- Handles and solves any concerns and questions customers may have
- Performs cash handling tasks, as required and in accordance with the cash handling procedures
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of guest and work areas, including tables, chairs, counters, display shelves and storage as assigned
- Performs all side work and stocking of supplies in accordance with venue standards
- Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies
