  • Must be willing to participate in on-going training in the beverage field
  • Must have previous cash handling and Micros register experience
  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision
  • Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team
  • Must adhere to uniform requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Must have previous cash handling and Micros register experience
  • Previous bartending experience is a plus
  • Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Must be willing to participate in on-going training in the beverage field
  • Must have knowledge of current property events, promotions and attractions
  • Must be able to work independently, with little supervision
  • Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift
  • Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team
  • Must adhere to uniform requirements

Job Duties

  • Greets customers and takes food and beverage orders in an efficient, courteous and professional manner
  • Prepares food and beverage orders and delivers them in a timely manner in accordance with the venues standards
  • Monitors guests' needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests are promptly fulfilled
  • Handles and solves any concerns and questions customers may have
  • Performs cash handling tasks, as required and in accordance with the cash handling procedures
  • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of guest and work areas, including tables, chairs, counters, display shelves and storage as assigned
  • Performs all side work and stocking of supplies in accordance with venue standards
  • Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies
