Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of bartending or related hospitality experience
- Strong ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety of beverages with consistency and accuracy
- Proficiency in processing payments and handling point-of-sale transactions
- Reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in English
- A genuine passion for delivering warm, anticipatory, luxury-level service

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a full range of wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and Four Seasons standards
- Take orders and confirm guest requests using the hotel’s point-of-sale system, ensuring accuracy and proper follow-through
- Provide attentive bar service by offering engaging descriptions of beverage ingredients, origins, flavor profiles, and preparation methods
- Anticipate guest needs, gauge satisfaction, and respond promptly and professionally to questions or concerns
- Accurately close checks, process cash and credit card payments, and ensure all voids or complimentary items are properly handled
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, supporting inventory tasks and product replenishment
- Prepare garnishes, cut fruit, and support small food service needs for bar guests
- Uphold Four Seasons Work Rules, Standards of Conduct, and collaborate harmoniously with colleagues and leaders
