Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a luxury hospitality or bartending role
- TIPS certification and ServSafe certification required
- RBS certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Authorization to work in the location

- Knowledge of food and beverage service cost control labor control maintenance merchandising and accounting
- Ability to operate computer equipment and other food and beverage computer systems
- Previous experience of 1 year in a luxury hospitality environment
- High analytical and organizational skills
- Fluency in English speaking writing and reading
Job Duties
- Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of wine spirits and mixed drinks as well as information regarding preparation methods
- Anticipate guest needs ascertain satisfaction and offer suggestions and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- Stock the bar areas with liquor wine beer juices soft drinks glassware and condiments
- Ensure that all details of service are performed properly and that every guest receives the highest quality of service
- Utilize the hotel's computer system ringing up sales printing checks closing checks and completing closing readings
- Ensure proper pouring mixing blending etc of drinks
- Service all drinks for service bar area guests and the bar area
- Properly and accurately close guest checks
