Job Requirements

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • seasonal position running from June 2 through September 7, 2026
  • background check and drug screen required

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience required, preferably in a high-volume or outdoor service environment
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • valid Food Handler and TABC certification required within 30 days of hire date

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
  • provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to members and guests
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, equipment, and storage areas
  • set up and break down the bar area before and after service
  • accurately enter orders and process payments through the point-of-sale (POS) system
  • monitor member and guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service
  • restock bar supplies, including glassware, garnishes, mixers, and beverages
  • communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and pool leadership to ensure smooth service operations
  • follow all club policies, safety procedures, and service standards
  • other job duties as assigned
