Job Requirements
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

- background check and drug screen required
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience required, preferably in a high-volume or outdoor service environment
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- valid Food Handler and TABC certification required within 30 days of hire date
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
- provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to members and guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including counters, equipment, and storage areas
- set up and break down the bar area before and after service
- accurately enter orders and process payments through the point-of-sale (POS) system
- monitor member and guest consumption and practice responsible alcohol service
- restock bar supplies, including glassware, garnishes, mixers, and beverages
- communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and pool leadership to ensure smooth service operations
- follow all club policies, safety procedures, and service standards
- other job duties as assigned
