Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum of 1 year of bartending experience
- previous private club experience preferred
- ability to work at a fast pace on occasion
- ability to handle glasses and glassware
- must be able to slice fruit for garnishes
- frequent lifting, bending, reaching and pulling
- ability to climb stairs
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- ability to stand for extended periods, up to 6 hours per shift
- occasional sitting
- exposure to cleaning chemicals
- ability to work independently and as a team member
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Greet members and guests in a warm and friendly manner upon their arrival
- take beverage and food orders and input them into the POS system
- mix, prepare and serve consistent alcoholic and specialty beverages in the bar area
- prepare garnishes by slicing lemons, limes and oranges
- deliver food and beverages, clear and refill beverages, and check on dining members
- clean equipment and service area as indicated by side work sheet at the beginning and end of shift
- maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and neatness in the bar dining area
