Job Requirements

Minimum one-year previous bartending experience is preferred
Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift
Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner
Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills
Must be 21 years of age
Must be able to repeatedly lift 25 lbs to chest
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to speak and understand English

Job Duties

Sincerely greets each guest
Makes eye contact with guest
Knows the script and hours/days of operation
Completes pre, running, and post shift side work requirements
Ability to prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic beverages accurately and quickly
Knowledge of drink pricing including tier levels
Knowledge of mixology
Ability to exercise good judgment in determining potentially intoxicated guests
Understanding of the tending functions of the POS system
Knowledge of all coupons and specials, including comp rules for player card levels
Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and Team members
Ability to use a calculator and balance a bank with a high level of accuracy
Genuinely thank the Guest
Adheres to appearance and uniform standards
Adheres to all internal controls, policies, and procedures
