Job Requirements
- Bartending training and certification
- TIPS certified
- Minimum 6 months bartending experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and carry 20-40 lbs
- Ability to push carts and portable bars weighing up to 100 lbs
- Ability to bend, kneel and maneuver in narrow spaces
- Must be able to stand continuously during shifts
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Good organizational skills
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle customer service problems tactfully
- Ability to accurately count cash and operate cash registers
Job Qualifications
- Bartending training and certification
- TIPS certified
- Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at one time
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Highly organized and attentive to sound and sight details in crowded and noisy situations
- Ability to handle customer service problems with tact and understanding
- Ability to accurately count cash
- Ability to operate cash register
- Previous bartending experience of at least 6 months
Job Duties
- Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
- Perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
- Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures
- Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
- Know and comply with state liquor laws
- Ensure established pars are maintained
- Perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
