Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Willingness to complete liquor liability training

- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Certified in or willing to complete liquor liability training
Job Duties
- Maintain bar supplies efficiently including preparation of daily requisition
- Be completely familiar with all kinds of liquor recipes and prices
- Know drink recipes prices and types of beverages available
- Follow accurate cash handling procedures including discounting MICROS system or registers bank procedures and tip policies
- Accurately charge guests for drinks and manage all money intake
- Anticipate guest needs respond promptly and acknowledge all guests maintaining positive guest relations
- Resolve guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction
- Complete formal liquor liability training within 30 days and every two years thereafter
