Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food and beverage setting required
- bartending experience highly preferred
- ability to stand stoop bend and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shift
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to perform work duties in outdoor environment adapting to weather conditions
- TIPS certification or willingness to obtain
- strong guest service orientation
- basic computer proficiency for order and inventory management
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food and beverage setting is required with bartending experience highly preferred
- comprehensive understanding of alcoholic beverages cocktail recipes preparation techniques appropriate glassware and bar equipment including knowledge of legal regulations for alcohol service TIPS certification or ability to obtain is required
- strong guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
- basic proficiency with computer systems for order processing and inventory tracking
- physical ability to stand stoop bend and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- capability to perform duties in an outdoor environment adapting to various weather conditions
- ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails wine beer and specialty drinks according to recipes and guest preferences
- create and recommend unique cocktails tailored to guest tastes
- ensure all drinks meet the highest quality and presentation standards
- greet and engage guests with a friendly welcoming attitude providing personalized service
- take drink orders from guests and servers answering inquiries about menu options
- handle guest complaints or special requests professionally to ensure satisfaction
- set up the bar at the beginning of each shift ensuring that all equipment garnishes and supplies are ready for service
- maintain a clean and organized bar area including cleaning glassware surfaces and waste disposal
- monitor and report inventory levels for beverages garnishes and supplies to avoid shortages
- follow all safety sanitation and alcohol service regulations including verifying guest identification
- monitor guest alcohol consumption and enforce responsible service practices
- adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages
- collaborate with servers barbacks and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service
- assist with restocking supplies and supporting barback duties during busy periods
- foster a positive team environment while delivering exceptional service
- other duties as assigned
