Job Duties
- Fill drink orders for guests
- answer questions about drink ingredients and make suggestions for different types of beverages and cocktails
- have working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- be responsible for the proper operation of all bar equipment
- maintain beverage quality and service standards contributing to positive guest experience
- monitor the alcohol intake of guests and ensure alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21
