Job Requirements
- Physical ability to repeatedly bend, push, pull, and lift up to 35 lbs
- Ability to identify proper supplies
- Capability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to mop and sweep
- Capacity to lift items above head to stock and bend to pick up items
- Ability to stand continuously during shift
Job Qualifications
- Cleaning and stocking experience preferred
- Minimal hearing ability
- Good vision
- Ability to see items and areas to stock, clean, and use proper supplies
- Good speech skills
- Good literacy and comprehension to identify proper stock items and record usage
Job Duties
- Ensure that all bar areas are set up properly for lounge opening
- Maintain the bar and lounge areas in a neat and orderly condition at all times
- Assist bartenders in checking the condition of ashtrays, cocktail napkins, empty glasses, and cleanliness
- Replenish ice as needed or requested
- Ensure all bartenders have sufficient supplies throughout the shift
- Assist bartenders and cocktail servers as outlined on activity schedule or as required
- Operate glasswashers as necessary, putting clean glassware in place and ensuring sufficient stock
- Sweep and mop behind all bar areas at the end of every shift, including cleaning and replacing matting
