- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of casino or hotel services preferred

- Basic knowledge of casino or hotel operations is a plus

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service
- Assist guests with accommodations and inquiries
- Ensure compliance with resort policies and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally
- Support event and entertainment setups
- Maintain knowledge of resort amenities and promotions
