Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift
- ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
- must be flexible to work variable days of the week including weekends and holidays
- must be flexible to work variable shifts including days, nights, overnights
- must be able to tolerate extreme temperatures such as kitchens, freezers, loading dock
- excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- food handlers and TIPS certificates required
- previous front facing guest service experience required
- must read, write and speak the English language fluently
Job Qualifications
- Some bartending skills required
- experience with computerized cash registers preferred
- high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred

- ability to work quickly without compromising quality
- ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees
- food handlers and TIPS certificates required
- previous front facing guest service experience required

Job Duties
- Greet, welcome, and interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner
- demonstrate great energy and engaging personality
- take orders, prepare drinks according to recipes and serve all food and beverage requests in the bar
- demonstrate complete knowledge of the food and beverage menu
- prepare the bar for service by ensuring bar supplies, garnishes, utensils are properly set up in accordance with quality standards
- inventory unused liquor and beverages and ensure all liquor is properly secured before, during, and at close of shift
- adhere to all cash handling and credit card policies and procedures and accurately ring orders into the P.O.S. system
- clean and reset bartop and tables immediately after guests depart
- complete all closing duties and reports as assigned
- secure all liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets and storage areas
- adhere to established safety and sanitation guidelines
- adhere to uniform and grooming standards
- perform other duties or projects as requested by management
