Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience
- Ability to work outdoors during shifts
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards
- Strong teamwork and customer service orientation

- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Prior pool attendant experience preferred
- Ability to work outdoors throughout the entire shift
- Flexibility to work required shifts including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
Job Duties
- Greet and escort guests to their cabanas and attend to their cabana-related needs
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the cabana service and prepare and deliver special amenities and services
- Prepare and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the cabanas including ensuring fully-stocked cabana amenities and conducting periodic deep cleaning
- Monitor use of the cabanas and equipment and address and report potential hazards
- Respond to guest inquiries and service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Perform additional duties as requested
