Job Requirements
- Previous serving experience in luxury hospitality, resort, or poolside environments preferred
- strong knowledge of food and beverage service, cocktails, and wine preferred
- ability to multitask and thrive in a high-energy, outdoor environment
- excellent interpersonal, communication, and guest service skills
- ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- must meet legal age requirements for alcohol service and possess any required state/local certifications
- must hold or obtain Food Handler and Alcohol Server permits

Job Duties
- Greet guests and pool guests promptly and warmly, providing towels, setting up lounge chairs, cabana check ins, ensuring guest comfort, providing menus and beverage recommendations
- take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- deliver poolside orders like food and beverage items in a timely, professional manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation
- anticipate guest needs, offering refills, additional items, and upselling resort signature drinks and menu items
- assist with daily bar setup, stocking, and organization for poolside service
- monitor the cleanliness of the pool deck, furniture, and cabanas, ensuring a neat and inviting environment
- collect used towels and linens, ensuring timely transport to designated laundry or storage areas
