Job Duties
- Provide professional, courteous and efficient food and beverage service to guests
- Clean and set up tables and food service areas
- Serve water, bread, and coffee and greet guests by name
- Stack trays properly for efficient stewarding
- Complete closing duties including cleaning, restocking, and securing equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silverware
- Follow company safety and security policies and report any unsafe conditions
