Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED
- No prior related work experience required

- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Ability to perform fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination tasks
- Ability to navigate inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs or ramps
- Ability to reach above head and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and leaning
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
- Compliance with all company safety policies

Job Duties
- Provide professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests
- Clean and set tables at stations and perform related food service tasks including general cleaning and setup
- Serve water, bread, and coffee, greeting guests by name when possible
- Stack trays appropriately for efficient unloading by servers and ensure safety standards are maintained
- Complete closing duties including storing reusable merchandise, breaking down items, cleaning equipment and areas, returning equipment to appropriate locations, locking refrigerators, restocking supplies, turning off lights, securing doors, and completing daily cleaning checklists
- Establish, store, and maintain work areas
- Inspect cleanliness and presentation of all porcelain, glassware, and silverware before use
- Maintain work area cleanliness throughout the day, practice clean work procedures, and comply with health and safety standards
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- Welcome and attend to guests according to company standards, anticipate and fulfill guest service needs, and sincerely thank guests
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and communicate clearly and professionally
- Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, or walking for prolonged periods, lifting or moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds, manipulating objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, navigating inclined or slippery surfaces, and performing head-to-toe movements including reaching, bending, twisting, pulling, and leaning
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
