Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
- Must have the ability to stand/walk throughout the duration of the shift for up to 8 hours
- Excellent guest service skills
- Must have a strong attention to detail
- Available to work a flexible shift, including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality or hotel management preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Ability to train and supervise staff effectively
- Knowledge of pool and beach operations a plus
- Ability to foster positive relationships with external partners
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in English
Job Duties
- Oversees the daily operation of the resort pool and recreation experience
- Assures a high standard of appearance, hospitality and the service of all staff
- Ensures cleanliness and appearance of the pool and beach areas
- Supervises and trains all pool and beach staff
- Communicates with guests on a consistent basis to gain feedback and look for ways to improve the guest experience
- Ensures beach towel inventory is maintained
- Maximizes food and beverage revenues and service at the beach
- Maintains excellent relationship with Parque Towers and St. Tropez management and owners
- Maintains excellent relationship with Florida Ocean Club for the use of their beach
- Delivers guest centric programs at the beach
