Job Duties
- Provide professional, courteous and efficient presentation of food and beverage service to guests
- Clean and set up tables in the outlet
- Serve water, bread and coffee and greet guests by name during meal service
- Stack trays properly for efficient unloading and ensure safety standards
- Complete closing duties including storing, cleaning, restocking and securing equipment
- Set up, stock and maintain work areas
- Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver prior to use
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas using clean-as-you-go procedures
- Follow company and safety policies and report incidents
- Ensure professional personal appearance and protect company assets
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to standards
- Communicate professionally with guests and team members
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals
- Adhere to quality expectations and safety standards
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, walking, and moving objects safely
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
