Job Qualifications

- No prior related work experience required

- Basic physical ability to perform duties including lifting and standing for long periods
Job Duties
- Provide professional, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests
- Clean and set tables in the dining area
- Serve water, bread, and coffee to guests
- Greet guests by name whenever possible
- Stack trays properly for efficient server pickup
- Complete closing duties including storing goods, breaking down items, cleaning equipment and areas, replenishing supplies, securing refrigerators, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklists
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of porcelain, glassware, and silverware
- Follow company safety and security policies at all times
- Welcome and attend to guests as per company standards
- Anticipate and fulfill guest service needs
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
- Develop positive working relationships with team members
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods and moving objects up to 50 pounds
- Comply with health and safety standards
