Job Duties
- Provide guests with water, spritzing, towels, and assistance with seating arrangements
- Provide umbrellas and facility orientation at the pool and beach
- Conduct all opening procedures including obtaining pool keys, unlocking cabinets, setting up amenities, and phones
- Provide information and assistance to hotel guests, give orientation, facilitate registration, and familiarize guests with hotel services and hours
- Anticipate and service guests' requirements proactively before requests
- Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner
