Job Requirements
- basic food and beverage service knowledge and skills
- able to read and speak English
- valid work authorization for the U.S.
- availability to work full time including days, weekends and holidays
- physical ability to perform duties involving standing and walking for extended periods
- commitment to delivering exceptional guest service

- prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- conduct all opening procedures including obtaining pool keys, unlocking cabinets, setting up amenities and phones
- provide information and assistance to hotel guests including orientation, registration, and knowledge of hotel services and hours
- anticipate and service guests' requirements before requests are made
- serve and clear food and beverage items unobtrusively and professionally
- respond to guest interactions efficiently, courteously and professionally
- assist with seating arrangements at the pool and beach
- comply with all Four Seasons policies and procedures
