Job Requirements

- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Comfortable communicating in English

Job Duties
- Get to know guests and build relationships to ensure the best experience
- Share guest special requests and knowledge with relevant teams
- Greet, escort and seat guests as necessary

- Manage the online table reservation system
- Report and help correct imperfections in the hotel environment
- Communicate with other departments and answer phone calls according to hotel standards
