Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a fine dining or hospitality environment preferred
  • Ability to carry up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending throughout the shift
  • Ability to work in variable temperature environments
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties

  • Polish and inspect all glassware, silverware, and serviceware to ensure they are spotless and pristine
  • Organize and stock polished items for service, ensuring easy access for front-of-house team members
  • Handle delicate items with care, maintaining the integrity and quality of fine dining equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of polishing stations and storage areas
  • Support service setup by preparing mise en place for the dining room
  • Assist with inventory and restocking of linens, serviceware, and equipment as needed
  • Communicate respectfully and effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Uphold and model core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying elegance, finesse, and precision even in the unseen details
