Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a fine dining or hospitality environment preferred
- Ability to carry up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending throughout the shift
- Ability to work in variable temperature environments
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Polish and inspect all glassware, silverware, and serviceware to ensure they are spotless and pristine
- Organize and stock polished items for service, ensuring easy access for front-of-house team members
- Handle delicate items with care, maintaining the integrity and quality of fine dining equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of polishing stations and storage areas
- Support service setup by preparing mise en place for the dining room
- Assist with inventory and restocking of linens, serviceware, and equipment as needed
- Communicate respectfully and effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Uphold and model core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence
- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying elegance, finesse, and precision even in the unseen details
