Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
- minimum of 2 years of supervisory and professional poker dealing experience
- must be able to demonstrate the standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in the various types of poker games offered at the facility
- ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
- no college degree required

Job Duties
- Run a dealer rotation
- supervise both traditional poker and designated player games
- make floor rulings consistent with house rules, internal controls, and state regulations
- run daily poker tournaments following established policies and protocols
- ensure guests are attended to and receive a positive experience
- accurately rate players on designated player tables
- report any irregularities to a shift manager or poker room manager
