Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license
  • minimum of 2 years of supervisory and professional poker dealing experience
  • must be able to demonstrate the standard level of skills, knowledge, and performance in the various types of poker games offered at the facility
  • ability to work weekends and overtime as needed
  • no college degree required

Job Duties

  • Run a dealer rotation
  • supervise both traditional poker and designated player games
  • make floor rulings consistent with house rules, internal controls, and state regulations
  • run daily poker tournaments following established policies and protocols
  • ensure guests are attended to and receive a positive experience
  • accurately rate players on designated player tables
  • report any irregularities to a shift manager or poker room manager
