Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year professional casino poker dealing experience
- Valid gaming license as required
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong numerical and calculation skills
- Good physical stamina to stand for long periods
- Commitment to compliance with gaming laws and regulations

Job Duties
- Lead and guide dealer team during poker operations
- Ensure prompt, courteous, and accurate game delivery
- Oversee opening and closing procedures of the poker room
- Handle irregular play situations with professionalism
- Maintain the highest standards of security and regulatory compliance
- Provide an entertaining and engaging atmosphere for poker guests
- Collaborate with management to improve poker room operations
