Job Duties
- Providing guests with chip service from the cage
- Assisting guests with seating
- Assisting Poker Dealers and Poker Room Supervisors in the starting, combining, and breaking of Poker games
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory controls both internal and external including state and federal laws and IGB regulations
- Ability to maintain high levels of productivity
- Maintaining the cleanliness of work areas, including the collection of chip trays and returning them to designated areas
- Performs all other duties as assigned
- Perform the duties and responsibilities associated with the Illinois Gaming Board Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program
