Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to manage a high volume of submissions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in organizing and tracking project statuses
- Experience or education in a storytelling medium or related field
- Curiosity and willingness to learn about podcasting and digital media
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

- Major in or strong experience in a storytelling medium such as theater, film, podcasting, literature, or creative writing
- A wide range of interests and curiosity about the world
- Knowledge of or strong interest in learning about the podcast industry
Job Duties
- Manage pitch submissions inbox
- Organize submissions and track status and prioritization of pitches
- Support and work closely with senior development managers
- Schedule pitch meetings and follow ups
- Review and evaluate pitch decks, audio samples, pilot episodes, and existing shows
- Conduct market research associated with inbound opportunities
- Learn about iHeartPodcast Network's development process from pitch through green lighting
- Participate in development meetings
