Job Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or expected graduation)
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (OPT, H-1B sponsorship available)
- Business-level English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Ability to supervise and coordinate warehouse operations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and adaptability to new workflows
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or expected graduation)
- Entry-level or experienced candidates welcome
- Business-level English required (spoken and written)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (OPT, H-1B sponsorship available)
- Prior experience in logistics, 3PL operations, or warehouse management a plus
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Flexible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn new systems and workflows
- Logistics-related certifications preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Manage inbound and outbound order requests from customers
- Supervise on-site warehouse operations and track task progress
- Monitor staff attendance and coordinate workforce schedules
- Manage supplies and warehouse equipment inventory
- Communicate with carriers and maintain relationships with logistics partners
- Perform inventory management and data entry in WMS (Warehouse Management System)
- Collaborate effectively with team members in a bilingual work environment
