Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning and upkeep tasks to ensure PMC properties remain spotless and hygienic
- Identify and rectify potential safety risks such as slippery floors or blocked pathways
- Promptly report maintenance issues to the appropriate team members
- Swiftly and effectively carry out cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning windows according to schedules
- Develop positive connections with employees through professional communication
- Address employee requests and concerns with promptness and courtesy
- Remove trash, debris, and recyclables from designated areas ensuring proper disposal
- Collaborate with maintenance crews and property managers to fulfill staff requests and support various tasks
