Job Duties

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
  • interact with guests and answer questions about their dining experience
  • become familiar with hotel services, hours of operation, and nearby places of interest
  • set up and maintain the kitchen each evening following franchise food and beverage guidelines
  • prepare supper menu items ordered by guests
  • clean and collapse the kitchen at the end of each evening
  • replenish and restock dinner items for the next day
  • communicate inventory and feedback to hotel management
  • maintain cleanliness meeting health codes and quality standards
  • practice clean-as-you-go procedures
  • comply with sanitation and safety regulations
  • perform other guest satisfaction tasks as necessary
