Job Duties
- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests
- interact with guests and answer questions about their dining experience
- become familiar with hotel services, hours of operation, and nearby places of interest
- set up and maintain the kitchen each evening following franchise food and beverage guidelines
- prepare supper menu items ordered by guests
- clean and collapse the kitchen at the end of each evening
- replenish and restock dinner items for the next day
- communicate inventory and feedback to hotel management
- maintain cleanliness meeting health codes and quality standards
- practice clean-as-you-go procedures
- comply with sanitation and safety regulations
- perform other guest satisfaction tasks as necessary
