Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
  • compliance with health and safety regulations
  • availability for regular attendance and adherence to schedule standards

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers requiring patience, tact, and diplomacy
  • ability to listen effectively and communicate clearly in English
  • ability to stand, walk, or sit and continuously perform essential job functions
  • hearing and visual ability to observe signs of emergencies
  • experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome
  • make personal connection with each guest and respond to guest cues
  • use a clear, understandable speaking voice and respond to inquiries with accurate information
  • maintain a very clean and organized area
  • ensure Concierge Lounge is stocked with proper food and beverage
  • follow proper food handling techniques and safety procedures
  • ensure all equipment is working properly and report malfunctions
  • arrange and confirm recreation, business, and dining activities
  • field guest complaints and negotiate effective solutions
  • operate facsimile machine and notify guests of incoming transmissions
  • use the photocopier to make copies as required
